Singaporean entrepreneur and property developer, Que Neo, is passionate about creating residential projects in areas where he would love to live. His latest venture, K Suites, developed by his company’s subsidiary, EG Properties, is a 19-unit apartment complex located at Lorong K Telok Kurau in the highly coveted District 15 of the East Coast.
Located in a prime location, K Suites boasts of easy access to amenities such as the beach, East Coast Park, shopping centers, the bustling Central Business District (CBD), and Changi Airport. Neo proudly shares, “With the East Coast Parkway and Pan-Island Expressway, it takes just 10 minutes to reach the airport and another 10 minutes to downtown.”

The remaining units in the development are now up for grabs, with three-bedroom units priced from $2.058 million ($2,582 psf), four-bedroom units starting from $2.525 million ($2,347 psf), and the sole five-bedroom penthouse tagged at $3.5 million ($2,154 psf). In a study conducted by Huttons Data Analytics on selected boutique developments in District 15, it was found that prices have appreciated over 100% since their launch. For instance, Malvern Springs, launched in January 2002, has seen units selling at prices that are 234.2% higher than their launch price. The area has also seen a significant increase in rental prices, with boutique condos such as Coralis, seeing a 76.5% increase in median monthly rents over the past five years (January 2020 to December 2024).
