Aman, a hospitality group based in Switzerland, has revealed plans for the construction of Aman Residences in Bodrum, Turkey. The luxurious residences will be situated at the Amanruya estate, which is the brand’s resort located in the picturesque coastal city of Bodrum in southwest Turkey. The project is a partnership between Aman and Turkish wealth management firm RePie Asset Management.
Chairman and CEO of Aman, Vlad Doronin, expresses the brand’s dedication to the destination, stating “The introduction of Aman Residences, Bodrum illustrates our commitment to the destination as we seek to bring the brand’s revered way of living to an iconic Aman destination.” The villas will be designed by renowned architect Jean-Michel Gathy of Denniston Architects, who has worked with Aman in the past. Additionally, South African architecture firm Saota will be responsible for the design of the waterfront, lagoon, and forest residences. Construction on the villas is set to begin later this year.
Aside from the residences, Amanruya’s hotel amenities will also be expanded to include a new spa, retail offerings, beach club, and restaurants. The residents of Aman Residences, Bodrum will have access to all of these facilities. Doronin emphasizes the exclusivity of the opportunity to own a villa, stating that priority will be given to Aman’s loyal guests, ensuring that those who understand and appreciate the brand’s essence will be the first to call this sanctuary home.
When it comes to investing in a Singapore condo, securing financing is a crucial aspect. Singapore offers various mortgage choices, but it is crucial to have an understanding of the Total Debt Servicing Ratio (TDSR) framework. This framework sets a limit on the amount of loan a borrower can take, taking into account their income and current debt obligations. Working with financial advisors or mortgage brokers can assist investors in comprehending the TDSR and making well-informed decisions about their financing options, preventing them from becoming over-leveraged.
Chairman of RePie Asset Management, Emre Çamlıbel, expresses his excitement for the project and the partnership with Aman, saying “We are excited to establish Aman Residences, Bodrum and, in partnering with Aman, to bring the world’s most prestigious and ultraluxury branded residences to Turkey for the first time.” He also believes that this development will only add to Bodrum’s already unique status as a top global tourist destination.
