There is a mix of one- to four-bedroom units, ranging from 463 sq ft to 2,250 sq ft.Lee expects strong demand for the property due to its proximity to several schools, which are located within a 500-metre radius of the development, such as Maris Stella High School (Secondary), Maris Stella High School (Primary), and Bartley Secondary School.
